Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that works with the body’s natural energy system.
It promotes both physical and emotional relaxation, release, and a sense of deep inner balance.

Who am I?
My name is Kamila
I wasn’t searching for Reiki — Reiki found me while I was travelling in Vietnam. I wasn’t planning to book a session, and I definitely wasn’t planning to take a training a few years later.
Like many people, I spent years living mostly in my head — pushing forward, overthinking, trying to hold everything together. Meanwhile, my body and emotions were asking for attention — first quietly, and later much more loudly.
It wasn’t until I truly slowed down that I realized how much wisdom lives within us when we create space to listen.
Reiki entered my life as a gentle turning point.
Not as something to “fix” me, but as a way to awaken parts of myself that had been sleeping — a tool to reconnect with my body, my energy, and my inner rhythm.
Today, I hold space for people who feel emotionally or physically overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, heavy, or simply curious about what lies beneath the surface.
My approach is intuitive, compassionate, and grounded.
I have a strong inner sceptic — and at the same time, a deep curiosity. This combination led me to also educate myself in psychology, bringing a down-to-earth perspective to my work.
My own experience is a living reminder that not everything needs to be fully understood by the mind. Sometimes, healing begins when we soften, stay open, allow — and let the body lead.
I believe healing doesn’t come from force.
It comes from safety, presence, and being met exactly where you are.
